Commercial Print Sales Professional

Progressive printer with an enviable reputation for customer satisfaction continues its transition from traditional Trade Magazine Printer to full service Solutions provider. Annex Printing seeks an outstanding, dynamic & hungry individual to manage existing accounts & focus on the identification, development & delivery of full service Corporate & Commercial design, prepress, print, fulfillment & distribution opportunities.

You will be alert, communicative, inquisitive, and have the energy & drive to seek & deliver full service opportunities to organizations where relationships can be developed & leveraged. Your previous 3-5 years of print sales will have given you a wealth of industry contacts and a proven record for closing sales.

Our plant is fully equipped with up to date technology in all departments and is backed by a workflow that will enhance your position as a successful print sales professional. Accounting Clerk/Receptionist


We are currently looking for an individual with a positive and professional attitude who can support our Accounting Department as Accounting Clerk/Receptionist. The role will involve variety and will be a great opportunity to learn new tasks in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing front desk, answering phones and greeting customers
  • Receive and distribute mail, book meetings rooms, order office supplies
  • AR duties related to invoice matching/mailing, credit card processing
  • AP duties related to Canada Post and EFT payments
  • General office duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be detail-oriented, accurate and organized
  • Ability to communicate well both verbally and written
  • Previous experience with accounting software ACCPAC an asset
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Post secondary education in business or accounting or equivalent experience
